Chopped Cole Slaw

A delicious blend of shredded sweet cabbage (hand cored and quartered), and fresh, shredded carrots in Yoder's special creamy slaw dressing. It's a quality slaw that's sure to be everyone's favorite.

Carrot and Raisin Salad

This salad is as appealing to the eye as to the tastebud. We start with shredded young carrots and plump, juicy raisins, sweet crushed pineapple, and top the whole thing with a rich sour dressing. It's a delightful taste sensation.

Cucumber and Onion

Begin with fresh, unpeeled, thin-sliced cucumbers and sweet onion rings in a light-vinegar dressing. Add a few shredded carrots and diced red peppers for a dash of color and you have a light salad with extra zest.

Creamy Cucumber and Onion Salad

A creamy traditional favorite that is being discoverd by a new generation. The hint of lemon juice, pepper and garlic add flavor but the fragrant green dill gives a boost that can only be matched with dried herbs.
